Jessica came on board at PFFW in 2011 as a senior consultant. With a degree in personal and professional development coaching, she knows what it takes to build an effective team within an organization. Her experience with interpersonal and professional communication, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and conflict management makes her a valuable part of PFFW’s team.
Her past experiences in business management with UPS and the La Costa Golf resort, along with hands on work in the food and beverage industry, and her service in the US Navy, give her a wide-ranging skill set to draw from when it comes to how a successful food and beverage operation should be managed. She has worked on more than 70 PFFW operation and design consultation projects in the US and Asia. Her skills also enable her to quickly evaluate and educate people, and make logical recommendations to improve overall operation.
